Starting Sunday 24 January 2027 | Violet Sky studio. SwordsRemembering
who you are
An intimate 6-week journey into your Human Design
Remembering who
you are
Every one of us is unique.
But somewhere amongst the roles we play, the expectations we carry, and all the ideas about who we should be, we can lose sight of that.
Sometimes, we simply need the space to remember who we are.
This is why I created Remembering Who You Are : a 6-week intimate journey into your Human Design, created to help you peel back the layers of who you’ve learned to be and reconnect with who you have always been.
Over six Sunday mornings, we will gather in a small and intimate group of women and we'll use Human Design as a map to explore what makes you uniquely you, how you're designed to move through life, make decisions, use your energy and interact with the people around you.
This journey is about more than Human Design.
We’ll slow down, create space, and make room for gentle meditation, contemplation, honest conversation and connection.
You’ll be invited to live with what you discover, to experiment with it, and to notice what changes when you begin trusting your own way of being.
It’s about understanding yourself more deeply and creating the space to remember, accept and embrace the person you already are.
What we'll explore together
We'll start with the foundations: what Human Design is, how to begin reading your own chart, and what the different elements mean for you.
From there, we'll explore:
Your unique design: Beginning to decode your chart and understand the foundations of how you are designed to operate in everyday life.
Your energy and natural way of engaging with life: Understanding your Energy Type and experimenting with what happens when you work with your natural energy rather than against it.
Decision-making you can trust: Discover your unique decision-making style, learn practical ways to work with it, and build trust in your inner compass so you can recognise what is right for you without trying to think your way to every answer.
Conditioning and the Not-Self: Bringing awareness to where you may have learned to operate from expectations, pressure or patterns that aren't necessarily yours.
From understanding to embodiment: Practical ways to take Human Design out of your head and begin experimenting with it in your body and everyday life.
Alongside Human Design, we'll make space for contemplation, gentle meditation, honest conversation and shared reflection.
And through each other, we'll get to see just how beautifully different we really are.
Knowing your design is one thing.
Living it is where the real experiment begins.
Why “Remembering who you are “
There was a time in my life when I was living on autopilot.
Trying to fit into the box. Saying yes to everyone. Aiming to be the good girl, the good mum, daughter, wife, employee…
Achieving, doing, meeting expectations and being what I thought others needed me to be.
Until I couldn't anymore, because my body stopped me. Oh, my body had given me warning signs before that, but I didn't listen. So eventually, it forced me to stop. Through the physical challenges, I had to take an honest look at how I was living, and how disconnected I had become from myself.
And I realised that somewhere along the way, I had lost myself. I had forgotten who I was.
Human Design, along with other tools and practices, found me as part of that journey.
Human Design became a map to remember who I was.
It helped me move from living predominantly in my head to learning to trust the wisdom of my body. It helped me understand and embrace my own energy, intuition and unique gifts, rather than continuing to try to fit myself into a way of being that wasn't mine.
And if what I've experienced and learned along the way can help someone else remember a little more of who they are, then I want to share it.
That's really where Remembering Who You Are comes from.
And after years of working predominantly online with Human Design, I've also found myself craving more in person connection.
That's why I wanted Remembering Who You Are to be an in-person journey.
Being in a room together. Slowing down. Listening. Sharing. Experiencing.
Everything I share in my work comes through lived experience first.
And this is an invitation to share some of what I've learned, while creating the space for you to experiment, experience and begin discovering what remembering who you are might look like.

Their words
“The most meaningful part of the retreat was the deeper understanding I gained about myself through the Human Design sessions. It gave me a different perspective on how I operate, make decisions, and move through life. I also really valued the opportunity to slow down, reflect and connect with like-minded people in a supportive environment.”
“I left with a greater sense of self-awareness and a reminder to trust myself more. The Human Design insights, combined with the mindfulness and meditation practices, encouraged me to be more intentional with my energy, my choices, and where I place my focus. That's something I continue to carry with me in daily life.”
“I had a Human Design session with Marina and it was such a valuable and insightful experience. She has a calm and personable presence, and was so patient with all my questions. Marina explained my chart in a way that was easy to understand and deeply resonant. I left the session with a sense of clarity and affirmation about how I’m designed to work and lead. Highly recommend her!”
“Marina delivered one of the most insightful and validating readings I have ever received. Her ability to connect Human Design concepts to real-life experiences was exceptional, and she balanced deep spiritual insight with practical, actionable guidance. Throughout the session, I felt genuinely seen, understood, and challenged in all the right ways. Marina highlighted strengths, blind spots, and opportunities for growth with clarity, compassion, and honesty. Several moments felt remarkably accurate and helped me better understand my purpose, intuition, leadership style, and personal frustrations. I left the session energized, inspired, and with meaningful tools I can immediately apply to my life.”
